Get outdoors and try something new! Snowshoe rentals will be available at the Resource Centre / Ska-Nah-Doht Museum for $8 + HST per pair on Family Day, Monday, February 16, 2026 from 10 AM – 4 PM, weather permitting. Ska-Nah-Doht Village and Museum will be open to the public during this time.

Snowshoeing is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, have fun, connect with nature, and get in some physical activity. This Family Day experience can be enjoyed by both local residents and visitors from out of town looking to explore winter recreation in the London area.

Reminders:

• Parking is $5 by coin or credit card at the auto-attendant at the front of Longwoods Road Conservation Area
• Snowshoe rentals are $8 + HST per pair, with cash preferred
• Final rentals are available up to 30 minutes before the end of the rental day or period
• Visitors should not wear high-heeled boots
• Participants must stay on the trails or in open spaces
• Visitors should not go into wooded areas
• Participants are encouraged to wear light layers
• Visitors are advised to bring water along
