Calgary is an emerging university with increasingly important research and teaching positions both domestically and internationally. Currently, it has been included in the top ten research forces of Canadian universities. KADA is a member of nine national excellent research centers and the only special qualification education center in the country. The International Tourism Education and Research Center of Qatar is recognized by the World Tourism Organization and is the only research center outside of Europe.

The school is located in Calgary, in the southern part of Alberta province in western Canada, 200 kilometers north of Montana in the United States. It is the first major city to be seen after crossing the Rocky Mountains and is one hour's flight from Vancouver.

The school offers over 80 undergraduate majors, with a focus on developing interdisciplinary programs, collaborative projects, and internship courses. The sports and architecture majors are highly renowned in North America. Social work is the largest profession in Canada. The combination of engineering and humanities courses also offers a 5-year program of study. Whether majoring in English or engineering, students can receive 4-8 weeks of paid internships, and in recent years, the school has also expanded its investment in medical education.

Library and computer resources
The library at Carda University is not only renowned for its large scale, but also houses numerous original works by Canadian authors and complete architectural samples from renowned architects.
