CultureWorks
CultureWorks, located on the campuses of King's College and Brescia College at the University of Western Ontario, offers courses in English as a Second Language (ESL) with the aim of helping all prospective university students improve their English proficiency and prepare for undergraduate studies. Including English conversation, debate skills, high-level writing, and the ability to cope with exams. The design of ESL language courses is flexible and effective, which not only improves students' language proficiency, but also helps them understand Canadian culture and life. For example, weekly extracurricular courses will provide students with a deeper understanding.

The English requirements for international students applying for undergraduate "double admission":
1. Provide a score of 550 on the TOEFL written test (210 on the computer-based test) or 6.5 on the IELTS test (no less than 6 in any individual test);
2. Alternatively, students who have completed the highest level of ESL courses at the CultureWorks ESL program at the University of Western Ontario may be exempted from entrance exams and admitted to undergraduate programs.
