Fraser International College (FIC) is located within Simon Fraser University, one of Canada's renowned universities. FIC course offerings:

FIC offers pre university level University Transfer Program (UTP) Stage 1 and university level UTP Stage 2 courses for students entering business, science, or humanities majors.

FIC and Simon Fraser University collaborate to offer UTP Stage 2 courses, which are an optional shortcut to entering university degree education. The course is the same as the first-year course at Simon Fraser University, and is supervised by the university for the quality of course education. By successfully completing the UTP Phase 2 course of FIC and meeting the average score required for university admission, you will be able to smoothly enter the second year of the relevant bachelor's degree program at Simon Fraser University. FIU holds graduation ceremonies twice a year for students who have successfully completed the UTP Phase 2 course.

Admission requirements:

Students who have completed their second year of high school, are currently enrolled in their third year of high school, or have graduated from high school may not have TOEFL or IELTS scores

UTP1: High school students achieve an average score of over 70%; The average score of high school seniors reaches over 60%

UTP2: Senior high school students achieve an average score of over 70% in all four main subjects

IELTS score: 5.5 points can directly enter UTP1 or UTP2; 5.0 points require selecting a portion of ESL courses; ESL courses are required for scores below 5.0

TOEFL score: 525 points can directly enter UTP1 or UTP2; 500 points require selecting a portion of ESL courses; ESL courses are required for scores below 500

University designed courses

The first and second phases of UTP courses were jointly designed by Fraser International College and Simon Fraser University and adjusted by the latter.

The second phase of the UTP program is based on the learning content equivalent to the first year of a bachelor's degree program at Simon Fraser University. If you choose to study at Fraser International College, you will be taking a second stage UTP course with the highest quality adjusted by Simon Fraser University, ensuring the highest academic quality.

University Campus

Fraser International College is located on the Burnaby campus of Simon Fraser University. You can enjoy all university facilities and services, including: library, computer laboratory, leisure facilities, on campus dormitories, health services, and career services. The classrooms at Simon Fraser University are equipped with audio and video equipment, including data projectors and DVD players.

Smaller classes

On average, there are only 40 students in the classroom, and there are also supplementary teaching forms such as individual tutoring and group discussions. The teaching at Feisha International College is a four hour system, rather than the traditional three hour teaching module. This additional academic face-to-face teaching allows you to fully develop your knowledge and understanding of each course.

Admission to Simon Fraser University

Fraser International College offers first-year courses in Business Management, Computer Science, and Arts and Social Sciences for programs at Simon Fraser University. After completing the required courses and achieving a grade point average (GPA) for the selected project, you can transfer to a program at Simon Fraser University.
