Langara College is a public college located in a park like residential area in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

  Of the 7200 students at Langara College, 75% completed their first two years of undergraduate studies at the university before pursuing degrees at other universities, primarily the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University. Another 25% of students pursue one of the 31 employment diploma and certificate programs, with majors in fields such as business, computer research, humanities, services, applied arts, or communication. Langara College currently has over 400 international students studying, and 200 part-time students taking English as a Second Language (ESL) courses during the summer.
