College introduction

The University of King's College is a Catholic, co educational liberal arts college and one of the 13 colleges under the University of Western Ontario (UWO). We mainly offer bachelor's degree programs in literature and business (divided into three-year or four-year programs), with 1700 full-time students, of which about 7% are international students; King's College students register at UWO and earn credits there. Students can complete courses that King's College does not offer at other colleges in Western Ontario, such as Huron College, Brescia College, and Revie College. All graduates are awarded a Bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario.

King's College is only one street away from the main campus of UWO (a 10 minute walk to the university gate located on Richmond Street), and shuttle buses connect UWO, Brescia College, Revie College, and King's College, helping students quickly reach classrooms and fully enjoy the facilities of the entire UWO.

Note: Other majors such as physics, chemistry, computer science, earth science, biology, etc. can be transferred to the main campus of the University of Western Ontario after completing one year of basic courses at King's College, without the need for additional registration.

Admission Requirements

1. High school diploma or above, with an average high school score of 80 or above,

2. International students (from non English speaking countries) with TOEFL score of 580 or above, IELTS score of 6.5, or MELAB score of 80. Those who do not have TOEFL or the above English scores must apply for English Language Proficiency (ESL) classes and meet the requirements of Level 5.

Accommodation

Students admitted to King's College and applying for accommodation before the accommodation deadline will be guaranteed accommodation arrangements. The accommodation area is located on a small, friendly campus with complete facilities. The King's College accommodation area (single and double rooms) can accommodate 375 students, including approximately 175 male students and 200 female students.
