Philip Mathematical Chess School (PMCA) is a government registered private school specializing in mathematics chess, taught in English To discover and cultivate outstanding talents, Dr., a mathematics education expert and registered teacher in Ontario PENG collaborates with national master David PENG, adhering to the educational philosophy of "love, sincerity, and excellence", rigorously studying, and striving to create excellence PMCA regularly recruits students from beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes in international chess, and offers math and math competition courses for grades one to twelve PMCA chess students not only excel in their full-time schools, but have also won multiple championships and runner ups in North America, Canada, and provincial and municipal youth competitions The Canadian National Chess Federation (CFC) fully recognizes the work of PMCA and designates it as a CFC competition base Its mathematics teaching has also been highly effective, with multiple individuals and teams winning first place in national mathematics competitions. All 12th grade students have entered key universities in the United States and Canada


Teaching objectives

Cultivate interest in mathematics, focusing on improving comprehensive problem-solving abilities on the basis of solid basic concepts and skills.

Enrollment target

First to eighth grade students with good talent and a desire to tap into their learning potential are preparing to participate in math competitions and strive for good rankings.

Teaching characteristic

The teaching progress and depth will greatly exceed the conventional mathematics teaching syllabus, and the degree of transcendence depends on the specific situation of the students.

Teaching methods

Small class English teaching, one class per week, two hours per class. Each demonstration exercise lasts for one hour. Assign one week's homework for each class and report grades once a month.

Class time

Math Genius Class A: Sunday 6:00-8:00pm Math Genius Class B: Tuesday 6:30-8:30pm

Math Genius Class C: Thursday 6:30-8:30pm

Registration method

Free testing and evaluation, divided into A, B, and C classes based on test scores

Tuition fee: $240/12 lessons (up to two absences allowed)
