Yi Dance School is a dance school in Toronto that enjoys first-class teaching standards, with the most professional dance teachers and teaching resources in Canada. The Yi Dance School, founded by renowned dance teacher and choreographer Li Qian, who studied under the dean of Beijing Dance Academy, is committed to promoting the systematic and professional teaching of Chinese dance in Canada, providing high-quality formal dance training and teaching for professional and amateur dancers, enabling students to learn with value, improve their artistic sentiment, enhance their confidence and beauty, and benefit for life.

Yi Dance School adheres to a rigorous teaching attitude and philosophy, with strict requirements for both adult and children students, as well as professional and amateur dancers. We listen to the needs of students and parents, and conscientiously guide every student. Exquisite and lively teaching techniques have brought students significant improvement in dance skills, and dance classes have become the most anticipated and joyful time for many students every week.

Yi Dance School also offers private courses tailored to the individual circumstances of the dancers, and develops specialized teaching plans. Dance choreography and directing are the services provided by the school, and their original works have won students the third prize of China's highest dance award, the Taoli Cup, and the third prize of the National Dance Competition. The directed productions include the large-scale themed evening party "Entering the World Expo in 2010" and the large-scale themed evening party "Sowing the Future" organized by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2010.
