Canada China Real Estate Investment Association 2016 Awards Ceremony

On April 2, 2016, the China Canada Real Estate Investment Association (CCRPA) 2016 Awards Ceremony was held at the Diaoyutai Banquet Hall in Wenshan, Ontario.

Nearly a thousand people from Toronto's political, real estate, financial, and other industries participated in this event. The award ceremony kicked off with the national anthems of Canada and China. Herman Yuan, President of the China Canada Real Estate Investment Association, stated in his welcome speech that the fruitful achievements of the association over the past 10 years are the result of the joint efforts and hard work of previous presidents and directors. The Chamber of Commerce has been in operation for 10 years, with over 20 member real estate companies under the Canada China Real Estate Investment General Chamber of Commerce. In addition, several real estate related industry institutions such as loans, insurance, architectural design, lawyers, home inspection, appraisal, and accounting have also joined, with a total membership of nearly 4000. In the past 10 years of the Chamber of Commerce, we have not only seen the booming real estate market, but also focused more on the win-win situation of the industry. Every industry elite present here, I believe, should not only lead in performance, but also be outstanding in ethical standards, integrity, and dedication; Under the Chamber of Commerce, various professional organizations standardize competition, promote industry collaboration, and establish a reputation and image for the community. Together, we challenge the goal of long-term win-win outcomes.

The award ceremony presented a rich, exciting, and high-level cultural program to the guests present, hosted by renowned program producers Gao Fei and Shang Meng. 12-year-old drummer Andrew Zhang and Zhang Longqi's song "Dreams" kicked off the dinner party. The magic master Tian Xueming, specially invited from Beijing, led his disciples to perform the wonderful magic of immortals picking beans and fishing for live fish. The perfect popular song singing, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing voice singing, and lively and spicy jazz dance pushed the party to one climax after another.

The highlight of the awards dinner is the annual top talent awards ceremony. The Chamber of Commerce aims to enhance the professional quality and image of real estate practitioners as a whole, and commend the outstanding performance of real estate agents in the Greater Toronto Area, mainly of Chinese background, in 2015. There are a total of 24 top brokers elected this year, including real estate companies such as Ange Real Estate, Chuangfu Real Estate, Dapeng Real Estate, Imperial Real Estate, Haiyin Real Estate, Hongli Real Estate, Jiade Real Estate, Jiahua Real Estate, Jiazhong United Real Estate, Jiazhong Real Estate, Jinrui Real Estate, Junan Real Estate, Henderson Land, Hengyi Real Estate, Royal Real Estate, Meilian Real Estate, Swire Properties, Tianhe Real Estate, New World Real Estate, Yide Real Estate, and Best Real Estate.
