On Sunday, April 16th, the second floor exhibition center of the Wanjin Hilton Hotel was bustling with people and lively. The "Group Friend Business Face to Face - Landlord Network 2023 Spring Exhibition" hosted by Landlord Network, the largest Chinese real estate investor community in Canada, is grandly held here. Nearly a hundred exhibitors from real estate, home furnishings, loans, taxation, insurance and other industries such as Greater Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, London gathered together to participate in the grand event; 16 experts and experts took to the exhibition forum to share their professional knowledge in real estate, investment, loans, finance and taxation; Nearly 10000 members of the landlord's online group and numerous real estate investors participated and followed this grand event through both offline and online channels; More than 20 news media outlets from the GTA region were present to report on the grand event of the exhibition.
The exhibition began with Dr. Wang Hongwei, CEO of Landlord Network and village chief, delivering a speech on behalf of the organizers. Mr. Sun Zhifeng, President of the China Canada Real Estate Association, was invited to the exhibition and delivered a speech on stage. He congratulated the grand opening of the exhibition and expressed his joy to see so many real estate peers and investors gathered here. He said that today he participated in the exhibition as an ordinary landlord. In this spring exhibition, Landlord Network continues to provide one-stop services for numerous real estate investors and landlords in the community. Hou Xiaolong, the person in charge of Dongcai Construction Decoration Company, sponsored by Diamond at this exhibition, told reporters that spring is the beginning of the home decoration season every year. This exhibition has built a very practical and timely platform, where many friends with home decoration needs can receive professional information and consulting services on site. Ouyang, the representative of GreeSaving Group, expressed his pleasure in becoming a platinum sponsor of the exhibition. Peter Xu, who came to the exhibition early in the morning, told reporters that he plans to renovate his house in May and June. Many out of town merchants come from afar to participate in the exhibition, regardless of the fatigue of boats and cars. Jim Wu, a loan expert from Vancouver, Lilian Hou, a representative of Vancouver Happy House Club, Xu Xiaowen, a senior real estate developer from Calgary, Lucy Lu, a senior real estate broker from Ottawa, May Yu, a real estate expert from London, and Tony Tang, among many other professionals, used to get to know each other through the online YouTube program of Landlord Network. This time, they came to the scene and brought GTA real estate investors a surprise of face-to-face encounters and first-hand information about the local real estate market. Many group members and investors have also expressed their desire to learn about the real estate situation in popular cities outside of Toronto. This time, they can have a good chat with professionals from several different cities at the same time.
May Yu, a London real estate developer who came to participate in the exhibition, was surprised by the high popularity and participation of the exhibition. Most real estate investors are so interested in the London housing market. After the exhibition ended, she specifically approached the organizer to express her gratitude. She happily said that she added 70 WeChat friends in just one day of the exhibition and made it clear that she would not hesitate to participate in the next exhibition.

除了北大舞蹈团的表演之外,还有一位北大校友会的名人也来到了展会现场。他就是红学研究学家、作家,同时也是一位知名的房东、地产投资人——房崇(李彤)。房崇老师曾经以在加拿大的亲身房产投资经历写下《北美寻家计》一书。这次他带来了新作,近70万字的长篇纪实文学《红学外史》。装帧精美、图文并茂、文笔鲜活的图书很快吸引了参展与会者的目光,很多朋友对这部以红学家故事为主体内容的纪实作品表现出了浓厚了兴趣。
