Lawyer Zhang Jinpeng was elected as the new president of CCRPA, the China Canada Real Estate Investment Association
On June 22, 2023, the CCRPA of the China Real Estate Investment Association held a new presidential election at the chamber's office. Zhang Jinpeng JIM ZHANG was elected as the fifth president of the chamber, and a handover ceremony between the new and old presidents was held at the Longgang Hotel on the evening of July 6.
Former President Sun Zhifeng Steven Sun first congratulated Zhang Jinpeng on his election as the new President and thanked the Chamber of Commerce directors for their strong support in the past few years. Subsequently, Sun Zhifeng invited Zhang Jinpeng to the stage, and the two new and old presidents shook hands and embraced each other. Zhang Jinpeng thanked everyone for their trust in his speech and elected himself as the next president! At the same time, taking the oath of office as the new president, Zhang Jinpeng highly praised President Sun Zhifeng for his tremendous contributions to the Chamber of Commerce in the past few years, bringing the Real Estate Chamber of Commerce to a historical height in terms of its scale, strength, and influence. He assured all the directors that he will continue to work hard, stand on the shoulders of giants, and lead the Chamber of Commerce to further develop under the policy of "carrying forward the past, updating concepts, improving mechanisms, and innovating development". At the same time, ensure to form a new cabinet and standing committee as soon as possible and devote them to new work.
CCRPA, the China Real Estate Investment Association, was established in 2006.
