The new president and executive committee members of CCRPA, the China Real Estate Investment Association, have officially made their debut

On July 21, 2023, Jim Zhang, also known as Zhang Jinpeng, was elected and sworn in as the fifth president of the CCRPA of the Canada China Real Estate Investment Association, and formed a new executive committee as follows: Executive Vice President David Chen Guoqiang, Secretary General Tina Chen Hong, Vice President Harry Xiao, Vice President Sam Yeung, Vice President Duoer Yuan, Vice President Nicholas Yang, Vice President Henry Zhang, and Supervisory Director Sandy Tong.

The new executive committee will pursue the purpose and articles of association of the Chamber of Commerce, with the real estate industry as the core, companies and professionals in the real estate and related industries as the support, opportunity sharing and mutual benefit as the driving force, and improving mechanisms, combining old and new, and innovative development as the means. Through close cooperation, information sharing, and resource integration, we will seek support and assistance from all parties, enhance public confidence in the real estate chamber of commerce, jointly address the challenges faced by the industry, and contribute our own strength to the sustainable development of the real estate industry.

The Chamber of Commerce will host the 8th Real Estate Golf Championship at Emerald Hills Golf Club on September 11, 2023, and the 6th Canada China Real Estate Expo at Hilton Toronto Markham from September 22 to September 24, 2023.

CCRPA, the China Real Estate Investment Association, was established in 2006. Over the past 17 years, with the joint efforts of all members and the strong support of politicians, business elites, industry professionals, and community leaders at all levels, the association has achieved tremendous development. The current Chamber of Commerce Council is composed of 84 outstanding individuals from the real estate, financial, business, academic, and non-governmental sectors, with the Chamber's headquarters located in Toronto. The Canada China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce currently has hundreds of group members from real estate and related companies, nearly 10000 individual members, spanning the east and west coasts of Canada. It is the largest organization and platform in the Chinese Canadian real estate industry, and also gathers elites from various industries related to real estate, including real estate, investment, development, construction, design, finance, mortgage, property inspection, property evaluation, insurance, lawyers, accountants, home furnishings, home appliances, and building raw material supply. It has gradually formed four major chamber of commerce event brands - "Real Estate Golf Championship", "Canada China Real Estate Home Expo", "Annual Real Estate Awards Ceremony", "Real Estate Voice" and a series of high-quality and influential activities and public welfare undertakings.
