The grand opening ceremony of the AGA2024 Golf Season and Year End Finals
On April 7th, Toronto welcomed the warmest sunrise of early spring, and a highly anticipated golf season opening ceremony event welcomed nearly 200 guests. The opening ceremony of the AGA2024 golf season and year-end finals held at the Royal Stouffville Golf Course not only marks the official launch of various competitions and activities in the AGA points season, but also brings an entertainment feast to Chinese golf enthusiasts.
20 AGA members and volunteers arrived at the stadium in the morning to set up. At 1pm, the guests arrived one after another, and the host Duo Er announced the official start of the opening ceremony.
The opening ceremony of AGA attracted numerous guests and golf enthusiasts, including AGA founder and executive chairman Mr. Fang Ming, AGA founders Mr. Chen Kai and Mr. Max Qian, Mr. Kang Xilong, the planner of the AGA2024 year-end finals, Mr. Yang Zhi, the representative of the Toronto Tigers Golf Team, Mr. Guo Tao, the representative of the Toronto Eagles Golf Team, Mr. Mark Chen, the representative of the Toronto Green Shark Golf Team, Ms. Louisa Lu, the representative of the Jiahua Women's Club, Mr. Cai Tianyu, the representative of the Duolun Duomin Golf Club, Mr. Zhang Pai, the representative of the Toronto Dragons Club, Mr. Wayne Yu, the representative of the Toronto Guangdong Team, Mr. Neil Cui, the representative of the Toronto Inter team Tournament, Mr. Wu Zhiyu and the initiator Mr. Lv Youjun, the representative of the Toronto University Cup Golf Tournament, Mr. Yang Chao, the representative of the Duolun Duoprovincial Cup Golf Tournament, Mr. Nie Zhenbang, the representative of the Luzhou Laojiao Canadian Golf Tournament, Mr. Luo Fei, the representative of the London Golf Club, and Mr. Bei Mr. Bill Ni, representative of Gao Club, Mr. Chen Guobo, representative of Qing Shang Golf Club, Mr. George Wang from Tianjin golf team, Ms. Huang Jing from "Yueqi" golf scoring platform, and Ms. Zhang Min from Toronto Mulan Club.

Mr. Fang Ming delivered a brilliant speech on behalf of AGA. President Fang introduced the background and purpose of the establishment of the North American Amateur Golf Association (AGA), emphasizing that AGA is a pure golf platform that gathers numerous amateur enthusiasts of golf. AGA has received support from well-known tournament organizers and excellent teams in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, London, and other places, creating a unified and fair points ranking system, and selecting winners to participate in the AGA year-end finals to be held on October 1, 2024 at the famous Eagle's Nest course in Toronto.

Fang Changxin believes that the AGA year-end finals is a highly anticipated expert feast, with unprecedented high prize money, high standard competition venues, and exciting award ceremonies, which will attract thousands of amateur Chinese golfers to participate in a season of competition and compete for the last 128 tickets.
President Fang introduced that AGA will officially announce the nomination list for the 2024 AGA Chinese Golf Awards in April. These four awards are the Most Popular Male Golf Player of the Year, Most Popular Female Golf Player of the Year, Best Team of the Year, and Best Tournament of the Year. After the nomination list is announced, and after public voting and approval by the AGA jury, the final list of winners will be announced at the year-end finals award dinner on October 1st!
Finally, President Fang hopes that AGA can continue to collaborate closely with various golf events and amateur teams in the Chinese community, allowing for a diverse range of opportunities, as envisioned by AGA slogan More Games, More Fun！
