The 7th Wanjin Youth Spring Festival Gala: Shocking Opening and Hot Closing
The 7th Wanjin Youth Spring Festival Gala kicked off with a stunning opening at Wanjin Theater on the evening of January 21, 2020, and ended with a hot finale. Today, six years later, the Wanjin Youth Spring Festival Gala has become a remarkable brand for Wanjin Huaren to celebrate traditional Chinese festivals.
Mr. Chen Guozhi, Deputy Mayor of Wanjin City, and Consul Zanglitong and Wang Zehua from the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto attended the event and delivered New Year's greetings. Mayor Xue Jiaping, although unable to attend the event in person, still sent a video of New Year's greetings. The congratulatory letters were also sent by Mr. Jiang Zhenyu, a member of parliament, and Mr. He Hujing, chairman of the Wanjin Cultural and Economic Development Committee and district councilor.
There were 348 children of various ethnic groups participating in this performance, which is also the largest scale of the "Wanjin Youth Spring Festival Gala" organized by the organizers. The 7th Wanjin Youth Spring Festival Gala is hosted by the Canadian International Little Star Association, with Mr. Liu Zhaolin, a councilor from the second district of Wanjin City, serving as the event chairman and planner. Mr. Liu Zhaolin is a new generation councilor in Wanjin City. During this event, he fully demonstrated his stability, diligence, vitality, and versatility.
The 7th Wanjin Youth Spring Festival Gala is directed by Ms. Zhang Mari, with Joanne Ni as the stage director and Jenny Fan as the stage coordinator. The 7th Wanjin Youth Spring Festival Gala was created through the joint efforts of all co directors. This Spring Festival Gala opened with a shocking performance by 100 children from Shaolin Luohan Hall and Toronto Meimei Dance School, "The Dragon Leaps and the Tiger Leaps, Sings and Dances in China Red". The stars change and the dragons fly. The eight dragons on and off the stage shine and roll up and down, which is shocking. The 70 dragons are magnificent, which means the arrival of the the Year of the Loong and that we are the descendants of the dragon from generation to generation. The audience applauded loudly; Next up were red clothes, red pants, and red lanterns, a beautiful and festive Chinese red. The children sang and danced, which was incredibly cute, shining brightly with Shaolin Kung Fu. The audience once again applauded like thunder!

【第七届万锦青少年春晚】与往年节目选择有所不同，特别关注到了孩子们的对不同表演形式的需求，安排了一定数量的男孩子们喜闻乐见的街舞，主办方更是用街舞加上接地气科目三来压台，并且让多伦多的小明星Amira kheir 现场演唱科目三，火爆了全场，观众们随着音乐节奏拍手，更加激发了小演员们强劲的舞蹈热情，将晚会的气氛推向了顶峰。
