On the evening of June 28th, Guojiao 1573's "The World is Beautiful Because of You -2023-2024 Influential World Chinese Festival" successfully concluded at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Ding Zhaozhong and Lv Zhihe, winners of the "Lifetime Achievement Award for Chinese People Who Influence the World", Lin Qingxia, winner of the "Special Tribute Award for Chinese People Who Influence the World", and Li Zexiang, Tang Wei, and Li Leshi, winners of the "Chinese People Who Influence the World Award", share their glorious moments with Chinese people around the world. Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

Hong Kong is the hometown of Phoenix TV. Li Leshi won the World Chinese Influence Award, and Zhang Weixian, a polar research and expedition consultant expert, presented the award to Li Leshi. Li Leshi, founder of the Polar Museum Foundation, was the first Hong Kong female explorer to set foot on the three poles of the Earth and made outstanding contributions to polar exploration. Dr. Li holds various positions including Executive Director of the China Association for Scientific Exploration, and was awarded the Honorary Fellowship of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2009 and the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013.

Dr. Li Leshi reviewed how she embarked on the path of polar scientific exploration through a speech. She divided her life plan into several 20 years, and in the second 20 years of her life, she accomplished the feat of traveling around the world with a backpack alone. Afterwards, she set foot in the Arctic 10 times, set foot in the Antarctic 6 times, and climbed Mount Everest 4 times, witnessing the deterioration of the environment with her own eyes. From then on, she began to devote herself to environmental protection work. But Li Leshi realized that one person's power was too weak, so she established the Polar Museum and guided students to hope that they would go to the polar regions not for tourism, but to pay attention to environmental issues. Professor Li Zexiang won the World Chinese Influence Award, and Yang Jiaqiang, Executive Vice President of Phoenix TV, presented the award to Li Zexiang.

Li Zexiang, founder of XbotPark Robotics Base, founder and dean of Shenzhen University of Science and Technology Innovation, and Lin Gao Lecture Chair Professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Professor Li Zexiang is mainly engaged in research in the fields of robotics, motion control, mechanism science, and manufacturing science. He has published more than 200 papers and 4 monographs, and established the important academic field of motion planning for robots under nonholonomic constraints. Yang Jiaqiang, Executive Vice President of Phoenix TV, presented the award to Professor Li Zexiang. Li Zexiang expressed gratitude for this era. Dr. Lin Qingxia has created numerous classic characters in her 22 year career in the Chinese film industry, and her position has been enduring and irreplaceable. Dr. Lin's literary performance is equally outstanding, and he has published four books to date: "Inside and Outside the Window", "Clouds Go and Come", "Before and After the Mirror", and "Qingxia Sketches". The novel 'Before and After the Mirror' won the recommendation award in the prose category of the Hong Kong Chinese Literature Biennial Award. She is enthusiastic about public welfare and has spared no effort in promoting attention to brain degeneration in recent years. She has also served as an ambassador and sponsor for the "Brain Intelligence Protection" program. In 2023, Lin Qingxia was awarded the honorary doctorate in social sciences by the University of Hong Kong.
