Drivers who have been traveling on the 407 ETR highway during peak hours recently are blessed! 407 ETR is launching the "Spring Into Free Rush Hour" promotion, during which drivers can pass for free without paying any tolls during designated time periods.

This promotion is valid during peak hours on weekdays and is only applicable to vehicles with Ontario license plates. Car owners who wish to participate must register in advance. If you frequently use the 407 highway during peak hours, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Free passage time

Applicable period: From now until March 31st

Morning rush hour: 7:00-9:30

Evening rush hour: 15:30-17:30

Applicable time: Monday to Friday every week

How to participate?

In order to enjoy this limited time free pass, car owners need to register for a 407 ETR account and participate in promotional activities.

It is worth noting that this event:

Only for Ontario License Plates vehicles

Electronic tags (Transponder) used by Heavy Vehicles cannot participate

You need to register and sign up in advance on the 407 ETR official website

After successful registration, eligible itineraries will be displayed on the bill in the form of "Promotional Credit", covering all tolls, including:

Toll Charges on Highways

Trip Toll Charges

Camera Charges

Applicable Account Fees

Special reminder: If your billing date is later, the discount amount for free access during peak hours may appear in the next billing period (usually around 7-10 days).
